The Bespoke toe clips are hand made at the unit and provide for a design balance between the features in corporate with the front and rear carriers. Although the fine imitation of the original Lyotard Platform pedals are made in America they provide for a faithful reproduction of this very fine pedal combining today's manufacturing methods. Beware they do not come free with a bumper pack of chewing gum!

I have included these illustrations of the original design of the Bespoke rear rack that was intended to fitted to my bike, but during construction the design was improved upon after these photographs were kindly sent to me by Paulus Quiros. My Randonneur has been fitted wit with the current design which now caters for many a vast improvement.

An interesting study of the rear cassette on a bike fitted with the option adjustment unit and a Campagnolo rear derailleur can be clearly seen along with with the chain rest and brass chain. The detail showing the adjustment facility for the rear dropout certainly gives a clear indication of how this feature works.

An very unusual photograph of the rear end by an unknown photographer who must have been on his knees to capture such a shot. It is clear that he wanted to get the 'Gaudi' brake hanger and the detail of how the lugs wrap around the seat pillar and appear as a collar like finish, The stainless steel in the fore ground is clearly the rear carrier a little out of focus. The seat tube bottle has gone out of focus but it is just discernible and unfortunately the rest of the bike is lost due to photo angle, and focus.

These Illustrations of various parts and features of my Randonneur are by Bike Radar and were sent to me as they were featuring the bike during a special of the Bristol Bespoke Hand Built Show during the show and there are many more to be seen upon the Internet.

This beautiful copy of a Rene Herse Triple chain wheel and cranks is rather a luxury and does not come with a bunch of flowers but if one wants to follow the great man then this luxury is most desirable

During a recent conversation with Jose, discussing various types of tubes for the next bike, and much bike chat just to ensure that the specs that I was contemplating were the best, Jose mentioned that he was using the van today. Nice one Jose, it sure keeps you dry.

Being born and bred in Wales and the fact that both Jonathan and Jose have Welsh connections, my bike was always to have a leek upon the seat tube and in fact during the pre-building period my bike was often referred to as 'The Leek. It would indeed be very remiss of me not to include it as it is a creation that was personally researched by my good friend Jose. If you have not had the good fortune to meet Jose he is a well mannered, very knowledge gentleman of Barcelona, but has the Welsh well within him. This leek has been the subject of much conversation and the creation shown is in stainless steel and ready to be brazed upon a W F Holdsworth vintage bicycle of mine which will be undergoing restoration by Paulus Quiros during the latter part of this year.
